Delivery Information
We offer delivery to mainland UK, Europe and USA. Currently orders for mainland UK and Europe must be placed via our website but please email to enquire about shipping costs to USA. Orders will then be taken by email. (Hopefully in the near future we will be able to take US orders via the website also.)
Delivery Costs
Delivery Policy
Your order will either be delivered by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery post or by an independent courier, depending on the size of the order or item. Smaller packages will be sent by Royal Mail and larger packages will be sent by courier.
We aim to dispatch orders placed Monday – Friday within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched within 72 - 96 hours.
Delivery to mainland UK will then be approximately 2-4 working days from dispatch, although many orders arrive within this time. Sometimes, however, during sale periods and other busy periods, such as the run up to Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days from dispatch please contact us.
Delivery to the rest of Europe is approximately 5-12 working days from dispatch. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days from dispatch please contact us.
Please note, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming this, along with a tracking number and tracking URL. Alternatively you can log into your account on Dollyrose.co.uk to see your tracking number and tracking URL if you placed your order via our website as a registered user.
